Appears to be an unethical debt collector. They leave messages stating that your name and social security number are****ociated with fraudulent activity and you will be pursued at your place of employment and home and served. I have been getting these calls constantly and there is nothing filed a***nst me. They must not realize you can actually look this stuff up on the internet and check court records etc. to see if so****ing has been filed a***nst you. They can also be fined for misrepresenting legal process etc.
