callerid says "contact america". They don't leave a message.

They call call my home 3 to 4 times a day. I let the call go to voice mail and they **** up. This has been going on for over a month. I tryed calling them back to ask them to stop calling but I can not get a live person. Everyone is unavailable. I want these calls to STOP!

Been gettting this call for several days while I was at work. No messages were left.

Contact America is an inbound and outbound outsourcing company. They make calls on behalf of CCHS mortgage company. They are calling to offer programs for YOUR OWN mortgage company. They provide them with your number. This is not cold telemarketing (which you might think) therefor the DNC list does not apply.

Call at least twice a week, late at night. ID showes Toll Free??? Why have a no call goverment list???

I get calls twice a day usually between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. and then a***n between 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. EST. No message is ever left and answering doesn't prove much. I called 1-800-887-6837 and spoke to a very nice woman who took the number and said she would forward it to their IT department. She said it could take up to 30 days to get it off their calling list, but that with all the complains they have been receiving they are trying to move faster. I just have my fingers crossed it works!

Calls 3-4 times every day, usually within the same time periods. I can not have the number blocked with adding so****ing else to my wireless plan, therefore it isn't worth it. No one ever answers me when I pick up, and when I call back they as for more information and stay on the line...which never leads to a person. I just wish they would stop calling!

I have called Contact America directly (not by the above number) and they answer the call right away and they said that they do not know where these calls originate from and have received numerous calls about this prank calling and are trying to find out where these calls are coming from and trying to stop them.

I recently had luck talking to one of their workers...the way that i got through was when they called me...i kept as quiet as possible and they ended up saying*****o...then i told them that i wanted to be added to their do not call list and the lady said that i would be put on the list and wont be receiving calls any more...i believe they called me because i recently bought an engagement ring though zales they are trying to sell insurance on the ring...hope i was help for everyone

Contact America has been calling me about three times a day for a little over a week now. I been looking all over the internet trying to find a way to block the number with my iphone but had no luck so I googled contact america and found this number (800) 887-6837. All you have to do is ask them to block your number from the auto call list... I have no idea how you get on the auto call list in the first place but, it worked for me maybe it will you.

Am filing a lawsuit, its $1500 each time, you guys should do the same. they called me 13 times after i registered on the do not call list since Oct 21, 08.

I GOT THIS NUMBER FROM MY CELL PHONE AND ITS REALLY ANNOYING TO HEAR THAT GUY ON THE OTHERLINE REPEATING HIS SELF ENDLESSLY BUT EVENTUALLY A WEIRD TROPICAL SONG S****S PLAYING GIVING YOU HOPE THAT YOU MAY FINALLY HAVE SOMEONE ANSWER THE PHONE. WHEN SOMEONE DOES PICK UP, THEY SAY THEY WILL REMOVE YOU FROM THEIR CALLING LIST.... NOT TRUE... I WISH IT WOULD SOOO STOP!
