I have spent some time on this number as I have received calls from it daily for a month and one message asking for money and another message asking for a group call . I am certian it is a scam, a fraud. I believe the number is outside the normal phone system and being used to trick people into sharing data and money. It comes up as a unissued phone number when called. It has sent messages asking for money, sounding like a family member in trouble. This is a bad number and should be avoided. I have no advice other than save it in contacts as scam and don't answer. It would be nice if you could call the police on blatant scams like this. They are preying on older less informed people, what s***.
