Leave a CommentI'm a physician and received a call requesting my fax number. They told me it was from another MD regarding a mutual patient but refused to tell me the patient's name! I ***g up the phone
Theives
Phone calls from this number have been relentless, 3-5 times daily. When my mother answered they identified themselves as Christian Healthcare. She asked them not to call as she did not want their services. A***n a few weeks later they continued and told her they would be sending her a Free Glucose Meter at no cost to her. They did however require her medicare information and Dr's name. We should all know NOT to give that information but unfortunately sometimes unsuspecting elderly victims comply. The gentleman even quoted scripture, making her feel at ease. I called 4 days later to cancel any pending order for a Glucose meter and asked them not to call a***n. The very next day our Dr.'s ofc. called to tell me a perscription was requested to have a Hot/Cold Water Therapy Pump through this co. I have called a***n to let them know that not only had we cancelled the day before but the solitation was for a Free Glucose Meter and the request to the Dr. was for so****ing completely different and would be turned into the Attorney General as a fraudulent medicare claim. They answer their line Medcare Diabetic however they call as Christian Healthcare or Christian Diabetic
SCAM COMPANY. STOLE MY IDEN***Y AND OPENED UP CREDIT CARDS IN MY NAME. THEY HAVE ALL THESE DIFFERENT NAMES THEY GO BY. CHRISTIAN HEALTHCARE, CHRISTIAN DIABETIC, MEDCARE, CHRISTIAN ALLIANCE. IT BAFFLES ME THAT SUCH A SCAM COULD CONTINUE ON!
Constantly calling and nothing but dead air when answered.
Called leaving an ID Toll Free Call instead of identifying themselves as to who they really are. I will report this number to the Do Not Call folks as this is a telemarketing call from a Diabetes organization selling supplies. Found this out by checking with the "WHO CALLS ME" internet site, and others had identified this site as the Christian Diabetes Group selling diabetes stuff.
i ended up calling them back cause i went to the doctor the next day and i have diabetes now...weird. they are the best i got my supplies 2 days later no problems, im going to recant. i guess since im not a professional i dont know what professional is, i work at the local bingo.
This number came up today on my caller ID. I've made it a habit to google numbers now before I answer the phone. After 4 rings, it stopped ringing. Glad I checked here first. Saved me from having to be **** to a poor telemarketer just trying to earn their paycheck. LOL!!
Claimed to be from "Christian Diabetic Supply". Wanted to know if there were any diabetics in our household that they could sell diabetic supplies to.I said no and put me on your do not call list. She kept calling me "sweetie". Not very professional.
bettyb, clearly you dont understand the healthcare business the last few generations have created. and i think you forget your "grain of salt, come on no employed person at there job would do that. come on now
I don't believe it is. Favorable comments on this forum have probably been posted by their representatives. I can't believe a legitimate business would call a medical office asking for patient's Medicare numbers and when they don't get them holler profanities over the phone. Just doesn't seem right.
Is this a legitamet business
