Same as everyone else.... saying they're trying to locate me and provided a case number. They have also texted my sister. If you block the number, they text from other numbers. I've reported and blocked at least 4 of them with Verizon

They texted me on my cell phone regarding my mother who has her own cell phone. Looked them up, and they were on the news for scamming. Based on info from this board I cannot say this is spam since AAC is a legitimate company. Anyway--Calling my office desk phone (which I do not appreciate) to verify location info on a person with a name that I have no idea who it is. Gave me a case number etc.... I wont call back as I cant help them with anything.

Already blocked & deleted but just what everyone else said about reference to a file number and left a call back number. They even sent the same text to my 27 year old son, which alarmed him.

These people text and called my brother leaving threatening messages for me. I called them back, they got upset when I would not give them my personal information and ***g up on me. I asked them what DOB did they have and she said you could be anyone calling my office. I said ok and I ***g up.

Three different messages from the same lady. Saying they received a file with a complaint and that I needed to reply or my HR dept would be notified at a later time, needs to verify location.

The call had recorded and live portions. The caller id was a local number with an outgoing message advising to call the toll free number left in the message. I did call the toll free number; the person answering sounded American, gave me last 3 of a SSN which I said was not mine.

Stated they were AAC collecting a Kay's Jewler debt from 10 years ago. I asked them to send me a letter of legitimacy. She sent one to my email and she is supposed to send it to my address. I looked at the one in my email and it says it's from Parkwood Financial in Georgetown TX? Looked up the address on Google and it was the address for a food store. Looked up the business and can't find it.

They said I owed $1700 on a Kay Jewelers account from 2012. They wanted to sue me and garnish wages or lien my home for a total of $8000 if I don’t pay $4000 by the end of the week

She claimed that I needed to contact the issuer of some time sensitive civil case. Except I haven't been served anything.

Claims to be a courier service trying to deliver paperwork regarding a civil suit a***nst me. States they will forced to file complaint without my consent if I don't return their call.

Fake Legal Scam

Received call from this phone number stating they were an attorney‘s office and demanding money for a bank. Followed up individually with the bank and they had no knowledge of this firm. I believe this to be a fraudulent call.
