I dialed back and the voicemail identified it as the "Autism Foundation Wings of Hope Program."
OK, This must be a new one. Haven't answered this yet, though I would agree with Jeanne, there will probably not be a voice on the other end. I'll try the FCC complaint process, although last time I did, in order to have them take action, you must file a FORMAL complaint, which is much different than just sending the FCC a nasty-gram about the phone number.
I have Time Warner phone service. When I got a phone call from this number, I went into my online account on the Internet with TW and used the SELECTIVE CALL FORWARDING feature. I set this 888-790-2772 phone number to be FORWARDED to my state's Attorney General's Legal offices. I would love to know how the people behind these fraudulent phone calls like it. Maybe my state will finally take legal action and prosecute and imprison these fraudulent people.
