referred to a mortgage i do not have and spelled bank in-correct I received this notice by usps mail
no company name on letter or check and no return address
This was a letter about my mortgage being with a Private Lender. I have no mortgage. This came with what looks like a check and is noted as an Allocated Waiver for $199.00 with notation that this is not a check. There is no company name associated with this notice, which is listed as a Final Notice, and stressing the importance of calling this # immediately. They supplied this number to call, which I did not do.
