Leave a CommentGee idiot, maybe you annoyed the man because you weren't the person they were suing! Guess that never occurred to you. Just reading your post got me ****ed, f***ing whiner. Davis was much nicer than I would have been. And by the way ****bird, I had settled a law suit with Mr. Davis, I was provided the facts related to the debt, e mailed a settlement letter which included the terms and a copy of the tradeline off my credit report showing the debt before having to pay a dime.
I received a call for our CEO that there was summons to appear for him. I called back trying to get more information about the situation before I passed it on to a very busy man. Rick Davis was extremely rude when I tried to get the information and he told me he couldn't tell me anything, not even the "alleged" county this summons was coming from. He did however give me the incorrect birth date of the person he thought he was calling. When he told me he was too busy to deal with this, I said "you don't need to be rude when I'm just trying to find out if this is a real concern or a scam." As soon as I said "scam" Rick Davis said he was terminating the call. That's how I knew it was a scam. This isn't a real company and they are total hacks. Keep calling Rick Davis with your incorrect information and our corporate attorney's will eat you for lunch.
i don't answer calls from "private caller" he left a message, looking for someone i have never heard of. the person has never lived here and i have had the same phone number for 30 years.but i won't call them backi guess the person they are looking for put down the wrong phone number or someone can't read!!!
Had a call from someone saying they were from the county processors office and a complaint had been filed a***nst me, it is a harassment call from a collector what can be done about this. Has any one had trouble with Chase Bank and their 200 dollar incentive on opening an acct only to have it taken back from them plus the money you deposited? Any help out there?
Mr Rick Davis with Boston Block National****ociates called me repeatedly at work. I am not allowed phone calls nor was I at work for two weeks, so i left a message stating please call my cell phone. He stated it was regarding my prior bankruptcy, and that I was in contempt of that. He then called me on my cell phone but I did not return the call until the next day. He then calls human resources at my place of employment and leaves a message on her voice mail that I am a career credit criminal. Then I return the call today, I asked what this debt was regarding and the amount. He never told me the amount of the debt but s****ing running down my credit report for things that he wasn't even in charge of calling regarding. I have an attorney in which I have contacted to deal with them, but just wanted to put the word out that if you actually intend on paying your bill, good luck. All I wanted to do was find out the validity of the debt and make an arrangement to pay it in two installments. He would not even allow that to be part of the conversation but said I stole and was a criminal. I advised go ahead and serve me with whatever is needed since you are obviously not willing to work with me. Why even call me if you won't try to work out how I can even get the money to you. Wouldn't give me the address of his company or any other info. Nice job!!!!
First of all, dont have a clue who these folks are! Have never heard from them before, A coworker brings a note in my office telling me they just called my job stating they had been trying to reach me for a long long time. R-E-A-L-L-Y! We"ll see who reaches who!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice try Tony, next time don't offer settlements if your intent is to sue! Serving a person's boss should be illegal! *******s!
These guys are just trying to make some money off of old information... Extremely greedy and unprofessional. Waste of time!!! Said his name was Tony Lee, most likely fake. Don't wast your time calling these low lives.
