I GOT A CALL FROM THEM ALSO....SET UP PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS....I ALSO THOUGHT IT WAS A SCAM AND ALMOST DECIDED NOT TO PAY....GLAD I DID SET IT UP NOW AFTER READING GOT SUED'S COMMENT!!
I GOT A CALL TO I CALLED IN THEY GAVE THE INFORMATION FROM AN OLD ACCOUNT I NEVER PAID, THOUGHT IT WAS A SCAM DIDN'T PAY AND THEY TOOK ME TO COURT I LOST OUT $3795.00!!!!
I got a call with the number blocked at my work from a man claiming to be a summons server and telling me I was being sued and that I was to be served at work but he would give me a chance to make things right. I was to call 888-825-8045 and speak to Dana. when I called Dana acted all surprised that he would give me that information and told me this was for a credit card (that I cancelled years ago). She proceded to tell me that they would hold off the suit if I would make a payment and give the a cc numer etc and set up a payment plan.
