Leave a CommentHarrassed me at work and on my cell phone. They threatened they were trying to serve me papers to sue and press charges for a payday loan I did not take out that was deposited into a chase account I never opened. I ended up having to pay to make them stop. I will most definitely be pursuing some sort of legal action.
