Leave a CommentThis happened to my senior citizen mom... I looked them up under VGC Corporation of America with Lic. st36113, which is their seller id # and they have been running these scams since 2008, under other DBA and the lady on the phone said (at the dept of Consumer Service in Fla) was very familiar with this scam but by the time you talk to them, they really can only get your written complain,****isng a case manager and by then the business informaitn has closed. They are con artist ...sorry, it happened to us to. I asked how they can do this with a credible tv channel, and they said its just like any adverti*****t, they just bought air time .... http://csapp.800helpfla.com/cspublicapp/businesssearch/businesssearch.aspx i have attached the link. The lesson we have to share with everyone is "never give your credit card information over the phone" as you forfeit your rights.
So i read your post about your situation with this vacation thing. So have you resolved anything with them after faxing the complaint? Because right now im in the same situation with them, cant get the package because im not to 24yld to make the reservation!
I just saw the commercial on local Spanish channel my parents watch. I immediately called, and was told they'd call me back in 5 minutes. 5 minutes later, they call me and tell me I won 3 trips, whose price is $3000.00, but I must pay some administrative costs, which was $280.00. They wanted me too pay right away with my credit card, and then I would receive their packet by mail. I asked the lady, the company name, put her in hold and checked online, and look what I find. Thank God I didn't give them any info.
This is a scam my husband paid 364.99 and now they don't answer the three numbers given. I called the number on my credit card statment and they don't call you back. These people are money ***gry "ratas" that need to get a real job. He called because it came out on telemundo and belived it but now he feels like ****. I am so MAD AT THESE PEOPLE.
what happened after you fax the cancellation? did they respond?let me know i'm in the same problem!thank you
don't believe in this company "all dream vacations", it's a scam!!!!they charge my card immediately and after i knew it was a scam i called to cancel and they said i have to send a fax to cancel and that it will take 2 weeks to process.
I did check for the same website and of course it doesnt exist....but did some looking around and found on the receipt/invoice that VGC Corp is also listed, which there is a website for.www.5starsvacations.net/5star/page_terms.htm when you look at this site it does show that they have several****ociate companies and All Deams Vacations is one of them. I havent looked into it further, for I am on my lunch break. But I will sure look into it when I get home. My husband is the one who answered the question on a Spanish Station also. I am really hoping this is not a scam. If we dont get the package of the so call 4,000.00 dollars worth in vacations, at least some vacation that worth the 334.99 that we paid (which was also the amount that was told to us). Also maybe a complaint to the Television Station might help also.

Today, I saw the tv contest too and I called the number 1-800-410-5544 they showed on the Spanish station to win a free trip to Disneyland. The representative (a lady) told me that they will call me back in 10 minutes. A few minutes later, I received a called from 305-470-4821 from a woman named Susana who told me that I won the trip which cost is $3,000, but I just have to pay $284.00 with a credit card and to make the reservation just call 1-888-833-7558.When I asked her if they will send me a formal letter first, she said no..."you have to pay now and then we will send you all information along with the voucher to use for 18 months. I told her that will check later with her and after founding all these message, I knew this was too good to be true. IT's a SCAM!!!!! Don't ever believe anyone to give you so****ing for FREE out of the blue.

I also called in to a Spanish station to win a free trip to Mexico, Las Vegas, or Disneyland. They asked me for my credit card number and said it would cost $284.00 to notarize the paperwork. I didn't realize they took the money immidiately from my account and by the time I realized it was a scam, they refused to give me my money back. They told me the same thing, that they recorded my voice agreeing to the payment. Either way, I asked to cancel and they said no. I am in the process of faxing a letter to the compaints department (if it even exists) asking for my money back or I'm persuing legal action. The fax number I received is: 786-513-2729.
Hi, My mom likes to look at this spanish station called univision kmex channel 34. They had a contest that if you get it right you win a prize so my mom called and she gave them the answer and supposedly won a trip to florida for the sum of 284.00 and well they end up taking all together 384.00! We waited for her to receive the information packet in the mail which took forever to come and then all it was a receipt for the payment and no other information. I looked up their website which is "alldreamsvacations" but does not exist. I called them up to cancel since I wasn't comfortable about this "prize" and I was told that no I can't get her money back! My mom never signed any papers but according to the company all they need is her recorded voice agreeing for the payment.
Yes, my mother received a similar call stating that she had won a trip to Puerto Vallarta for four days and three nights, but she had to pay the fee of $299.00 and instead they charged her $384.00 into her credit card. they use the name of "ALL DREAMS VACATIONS 1-888-833-7558" and "FIVE STARS VACATIONS 1-800-281-4817" this is a SCAM. don't fall for it. hope this information will help...
