Very hard to understand thick accent. Congratulated me for good CC payment history and wanted to reward me with lower APR.…but…then asked for my outstanding balance on ALL cards, not just Chase. Said I’d need to get a statment (if this was Chase, they’d already have my details) provide balance, payment amounts, current APR, etc. Too many red flags. Said not comfortable sharing those details over phone and asked her to send information via email…and hung up.
User call, leaves no message. Possible immigrant.
