MetroPCS's Call Center following up on previous customer service call. Inquiring about service and helpfulness of their agent in resolving an issue I had. Seeing as how I agreed to a follow-up call, this was not spam or a scam call. Also, as the call from this number was NOT on the list of applicable categories, I am forced to classify it as unknown.
