Whats the point in calling when he doesn't speak anything. Got the call from this number when I was post-call, disturbed my sleep :(

they called me on my cellphone, but no one spoke on the other side. as soon as this call got disconnected they called on my work number. there also no one spoke. When i called them back it put me on hold for a long time before i disconnected.

Same as all the other remarks...no one on the other end.  I called back and they were calling on behalf of BMW of Roxbury... two ******s, this customer contact service and that particular BMW who I highly do NOT recommend.

I just received a call from this number today. The dealership I bought my car from keeps sending me emails trying to get me to buy another car. Now I guess they have sold my cel number to these ****s. NO WAY will I ever buy another vehicle from the Open Road franchise in NJ.

Its simply a company that does surveys for a bunch of car dealerships.

I keep getting missed calls from them as well. I never answer and they call at least 2x/day. I purchased a new car about a year and a half ago. So from others responses it sounds like it's telemarketers. VERY ANNOYING. They'll give up eventually!

I haven't purchased a vehicle in AZ but did submit several internet inquiries (phone number required to complete the on-line form) to dealers in the PHX area.  Have received numerous calls from this number but they **** up when I answer.

I have never delt with the dealership in question. What can we do to take legal action to get our numbers removed from their broken auto dialer.

It's a contracted call center for automotive solicitations. They represent countless dealerships and will call on behalf of w***ver your car dealer was, even if you only got your oil c****ed there. It's quite annoying, but just ask them to remove your name from their list and it should eventually come to a stop. For soliciting me in this manner (highly impersonal and unprofessional) after purchasing a vehicle at my local dealer, I will never do business with them a***n.

I've received phone calls from this number in the evenings. Each time, there's no one at the other end of the line. Very annoying.

I've found out that a third party has no right to call you if you are on the national do not call registry even though you gave your number to some one with whom you do business! So file a complaint with the do not call registry. Lets work together to protect our rights!. And call the dealership that provided them with your information!

My call log showed that someone from 888-870-3289 had called, though they had left no message. I called the number and was told that this outfit works with Country Nissan in MA and they want to know if I am interested in trading my car in for a newer model. I pointed out that I am on the DO NOT CALL list and was informed that these people "work with Country Nissan" and therfore can call me etc. This outfit is located in Florida, or so I was told and they answered the phone at 10 pm on a Friday night

File a complaint with the national do not call registry! This apparently is an outfit that is trying to sell you a car and they got your number from a car dealership with whom you've done some business, probably a repair. If you are on the do not call registry a third party has no right to call you even though they call on behalf of some one with whom you have done business. File a complain with the do not call registry!

I too have received three telephone calls from this number; one-each, in 3-days time (so far).  I never answer (888 Area Code) so I will know that it goes to my message bank.  However, the caller never leaves a message.

Keep calling me and do not leave a message. So annoying, plus I'm on the National Do Not Call List!

I've been getting calls about twice a day from this number.  When I try to answer to find out who it is, there is no one on the other side.  From reading the boards, I figured out that it is from the VW dealer in SF (Royal Motors, which also has Audi, Mazda and Volvo).  I brought my car in to them about a year ago for a recall and gave them my cell number.  I can't believe that they are now cold calling me, but it guess that it is legal since I gave them my number.  I have send them (the dealership) asking them to stop, we'll see what happens.

Definitely has to do with dealerships giving our phone numbers.  The only dealership I have ever given my phone number to was the Audi dealership in San Francisco.  And it was the service department when I brought the car in for repairs, not the sales department as the car was not purchased there.  Unbelievable that they are obviously selling off personal information.

Calls everyday for last four days and left a blank message every time. Extremely annoying!!!

I keep getting calls daily from this phone number.  I bought a new car from Showcase Mazda in 2007 so don't know why they keep calling and not leaving a message.  My car is not due for service.  It is quite annoying.

Calls and ****s up on answer. Possibly a derainged idiot with nothing to say to anybody. Possibly the government seeking answers on how to fix the economy, but doesn't know how to use the phone properly. Possibly Bernie Madoff trying to use a jail phone but doesn't know how. W***ver it is...they ****!

I called the number and the guy immediately answered, "Customer service this is "His name" are you calling from "602-*******x"?  I demanded what company he was affiliated with and how did he know what number I was calling from because our number is blocked.  He said he's with Midway Chevrolet, I'm guessing P***nix, AZ because we used to own a Chevy Trailblazer.  I demanded they put me on their DO NOT CALL list immediately!  FYI.

This call can be from a service that you had done at a dealership recently. They just ask you questions on how you thought the service was.

Calls for 3 days now, when pick up the phone, there's no one on the other end! Outrageous!!! Was on Lexus dealership last week, most likely they sold my number to this Unknown company. Don't know how to make them stop calling!!!
