i have had to cancel my account today, as acmhydroxatone has put me £40 overdrawn. this is 2 months running. my bank have given me a phone number which is not recognised if anyone has the number i would be grateful,as it was supposed to be a postage only free trial.

I live in the UK and I too have been "done" by ACM Hydroxatone.I ordered a free sample pay postage only --which never arrivedA month later i get a parcel by post which i refused to accept as there were import duties to pay on it. Now I see my credit card has been charged 69.95 us dollars. How do i get hold of this company! does anyone have an e-mail address? thanks

I just got a fraud alert from Citicards for an unauthorized credit card charge from ACM Hydroxatome.  I've never gone near them, no clue what they are.

After going to the bank and having them call to cancel this (I never used the free samples and told them I wasn't interested in more) I received an e mail saying they had canceled my order. I then applied for a new credit card and today was shocked to discover they a***n put it through as a non-pin! I only gave them my credit card number. How could they do a non pin???? What do I do, c****e my account number? I have c****ed my credit number with everyone I do business with. My pharmacy uses an automatic non-pin and even they said it would not go through. I had to give them my new card numberso how did these cheats manage to a***n bilt me out of $70.00!!!!I keep getting this e mail from postal delivery saying I need to go get it. I don't know where postal delivery is! It says I have to print a shipping label and I don't get it!DON'T SEND FOR ANYTHING LABELED HYDROXATONE!!!!!!!

join the club - they have got quite the scam going on here, coupled w/AWSOBELABSDIRECT.  I HAVE GOTTEN OVER $200 IN CHARGES IN THE LAST 30 DAYS!  I can't seem to find anyone to help.  These companies are getting rich off their "freebies".  there must be a law on this, or at least someone that can shut them down!  any advice?????  (i already know I was an idiot!!)

I am in Thailand on holiday and just checked my bank account on line and noticed that they charged me $69.95 on 1/11/11 and another $69.95 on 2/10/11.  I wanted to go to the site and cancel or let it be known I don't want anything further from them but can't seem to do it. Does anyone know how to stop this madness. I'm feeling helpless here on the beach.

i think it is time to involve a  lawyer in this with that they can get a  listing of all individuals who purchased this product and are now suffering pain anguish overdraft fees, etc and include the monies erroneously removed from their checking accounts without their permission.  i believe those persons once notified would be more than happy with a class action  suite.

has it stopped yet? have they stopped charging your account yet? it is now december 2010. even so from what I can see everyone complaining about this live in different states so why are we not going to a federal agency for help? if we organize we will likely receive representation at least more so than individually. I am sick and tired of being robbed by so called businesses. its theft people no other word for it. if you or me stole money from someone no matter how we went about it we'd be in jail no doubt about it especially with the evidence that is in plenty of supply a***nst this company HYDROXATONE, LLC and there are many other "businesses" who are committing robbery a***nst american consumers every day. you hear about iden***y theft every day, but I would not be surprised if this form of theft reaps the criminal far more money than iden***y theft does. even if the amount is less it is no less of a crime and should be prosecuted as such. Not only are they taking my money without authorization (on the contrary they are stealing my money with my express NO authorization), but my time, my energy and my other bills that are not covered because when I go to pay them or they are automatically deducted the money I had****igned for those has been stolen from me by these thieves so I incur late fees and/or disconnections and/or contractual breaches...I want to recover those losses as well. Then I want to factor in the undue and unnecessary stress it has caused me to be robbed repeatedly by these criminals.

I called the number both of the telephone 888 numbers that were listed on my credit card statement. I check my credit card statement online several times a week, so when I checked it this morning and saw that HYDROXATONE had charged my credit card a***n today for more than $66.00 I called them a***n immediately and was told that by calling and telling them to stop and that they were not authorized to make further charges it was irrelevant since I did not have a number from the post office from mailing the remainder of their product back to them. they knew **** well that the package would not get from california to new jersey from tuesday to friday. that is why they charged that today. I was not told to get a number from the post office. I am livid with this company and I intend to do so****ing about it. I am going to do a lot more than voice my complaints online. this has to stop this is robbery. I have more respect for a street **** who mugs people upclose and personal.

It is a SCAM.  I did not receive a telephone call from HYDROXATONE, LLC, but I called them not once but twice in the past week.DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING OFF THE TELEVISION. There are legitimate and ethical businesses offering products and/or services by advertising on television but unless you know for certain that it is a reputable business  or you can afford to be robbed then do not take the risk of ordering a product advertised on television. I ordered a product that was advertised on television as a "FREE SAMPLE"; a one time offer and that the offer would expire in twenty-four hours, and the only cost to me would be one time charge for shipping and handling. I called the number to make the order and was not surprised to be ****arded with several other offers; all of which I declined. I gave my credit card number and the authorization for the one time charge for the shipping and handling as the television ad stated. I listened carefully to every detail  and direction, rule, and regulation while making this order; I wrote down the information to cancel the order for any reason within the time period given and I wrote down the date, and all the pertinent information. My diligence was a waste of time. HYDROXATONE, LLC HAS BEEN MAKING UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO MY CREDIT CARD EVER SINCE I MADE THE ORDER FOR THE "FREE SAMPLE"; A ONE TIME OFFER THAT WOULD EXPIRE IN TWENTY-FOUR HOURS AND WOULD COST A ONE TIME CHARGE FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING. The rhetoric used for these television adverti*****ts is a joke. It is erroneous. It is fraudulent. I have see the same adverti*****ts on television for HYDROXATONE as the adverti*****t that prompted me to place my order, and these adverti*****ts use the same language. The ads state that it is a one time offer that it will end in twenty-four hours and that will cost just the postage and handling. These are blatant lies. These adverti*****ts are prevarications. These adverti*****ts should be discontinued by the networks, and those who run these so called businesses should be indicted and prosecuted. There must be copious evidence; more than enough to guarantee a successful prosecution as I am not the only consumer who has been robbed. To get an idea how many people have been refer to complaints being generated by consumers/victims on the various online forums  where people can post complaints as well as warnings to others. I believe it is a conspi**** and the people who are involved with HYDROXATONE, LLC should be charged accordingly. HYDROXATONE, LLC  is not the only one  guilty; unfortunately, there are numerous "businesses" scamming the american consumer. The first time I called was to make sure the order was canceled and that no further charges were made to my card. I was told to put the remainder of the product in the mail and was given a number that I was told was my confirmation number. I asked several times and demanded several times that no other charges be made to my credit card beginning on the date of that call and was told there would not be any more charges. I made this call on 11/30/2010. I went online this morning to check my credit card statement and found that  HYDROXATONE, LLC charged my credit card a***n for more than sixty-six dollars, and that charge was made yes****ay 12/01/2010 and posted today 12/02/2010. I immediately called  HYDROXATONE, LLC was told that the confirmation number they gave me had nothing to do with it canceling the order or with stopping further charges. They asked for a delivery number from the post office, but I was not told to get a number from the post office when I spoke to  HYDROXATONE, LLC on 11/30/2010. Even if I had been told to get that number they were not authorized to make anymore charges to my credit card. On the contrary, I was adamant and as clear as the english language enabled me to be with regard to charges to my credit card. The representative I spoke with today was fully aware that I had called earlier this week and the reason why I had called; it was to cancel the order and to prevent any further charges to my credit card. I believe that the charges made today to my credit card were deliberate, criminal act.  HYDROXATONE, LLC knew that I was mailing the product back but that package could not arrive yet so they consciously and with malice charged to  my credit card more than sixty-six dollars. There is no reason for the current charges to my credit card; I did not authorize the charges and I have not received additional products from  HYDROXATONE, LLC. I was offered no recourse, and was denied reimbur*****t. Whether or not it brings about action I am going to bring these criminal acts to the attention of every authority that may have jurisdiction along with the Better Business Bureau, and any other Consumer Advocates; any and all that are able to take legal action and/or impose warning labels a***nst  HYDROXATONE, LLC and/or as well as any and all other dubious, churlish organizations that are actively involved with unfair and unlawful "business" practices. Since television stations, credit card companies/banking ins***utions, and the United States Postal Service are used to commit these crimes the networks, financial industry along with our government should be compelled as representatives for the american public to pursue these organizations and charge them each accordingly. I don't care how much revenue these criminals pay for adverti*****ts, or the amount they deposit in their coffers; collectively the american consumers have more. These thieves though rely on how ineffectual a few voices are. These audacious, blatant acts of theft cannot continue unchecked when everyone who has been robbed let their voices be heard; the roar will be impossible to ignore. If you and/or anyone you know has been robbed by one of the several so called businesses pulling these scams at any one time then please don't give in or give up; instead GIVE 'EM*****.

I tried hydroxytone sent all three bottles back now 2-3 months later still seeing 3.00 charges on my account who do we contact to stop this i have no brochures any more i sent them back to!

About three months ago, I saw a commercial on TV for a Beauty product (can't recall name). Then they kept me on the line with pressure tactics and I finally ***g up the phone. I then remembered that I had already given them my card number. So I called back to cancel and they have been taking a small amount of money from my checking account ever since. This has been causing my account to be over drawn and is not only costing me the amount for them, but also a Bank fee for covering my OD.All I know is that the name says on my bank account of:ACM*BEAUTYADV8888708802.I don't know how to stop this from happening. I never received any product from them at all!

I also keep getting charges on my bank account from this place...It's because i ask 2 try hydroxetone for free ..just pay shipping and handling...then this # clls back like they confirming my order for hydrox...but i misunderstood. They are calling you 2 s**** you on a program. I called today and told them to cancel my order and five me a refund. Nothing is ever free for just shipping and handling.
