Leave a CommentThe Telephone Number is a LEGITIMATE Toll-Free Customer Service # for Customers who already have (or recently) obtained a Legacy VISA card. (Negative Comments were posted 6 Years ago.) It is a common business practice for LEGITIMATE Companies to obtain abandoned former 800 Numbers, once the numbers become available. (and the Spammers and Crooks are forced out of business! )
