8888955610 calls and does not leave a message. The telephone number may indeed belong to a phone within PAYPAL - however - there is a dialer S**** that will allow anyone to call as VOIP pretending to be any number they want. It is so****ing that a VOIP SME did for someone in our office, he used the S**** to call her husbands cell as if he was calling from his cell to check his voicemail messages. Best advise - pick up the calls and **** up, you don't owe anyone an explanation, just say "NO" click.
If they do not have the courtesy to leave a message do they really expect to ever speak to anyone. If you want to talk with me leave a message and stop thinking I am just sitting here with bated breath waiting for you to call so I can answer and spend my next 30 minutes attempting to discourage a telemarketer. Grow up and get some business savey ***ins. If you have enough objective to make the call at least leave a name and number to get back to you so you have not wasted all your day simply listening to ring, ring, ring. IDIOTS
