Pure spam or they don't know how to run their business. The name I have connected to this number is a Sarah blade. This is probably a ***** name used for business purpose.
Call the number and ask them politely to take you off their call list and they will reluctantly - but they will.

This is a scam that is spinning off of jobs.com. Even though you select you are not interested in higher education on their web site, they are passing your personal contact information to the telephone boiler room to elicit unwanted services.
