Keeps calling before 7am and waking me. I never say*****o more than once. They simply **** up :(

called my house at 7:00 AM saying there was a problem reported with my computer, when asked all they said was a report of a vireos, could tell me the make or modle of my computer, when i called back on the 800 number on my called ID i got a fast busy…..SCAM…SCAM ….SCAM

Said I needed to have my computer fixed because of malware. When I told him I wasn't interested, he threatened that he was going to cancel my windows account and wouldn't be able to use my computer a***n.

Calls at least once a month. Tells us to turn on our computer because it has a virus.. Every single time we ask how they would know that. They reply that they can show us if we just turn on the computer. One time they called while we were already on the computer and it was to late, they already infected us.

Indian guy named Victor called tellibg me that my Microsoft computer has sent information to them that it is infected with a virus. When I asked which computer he said the one that is registered to me. I said which one I own 3 he said all the ones connected to the router have the same IP address. I told him aI have 3 seperate connections they are not even connected to the same router. He replies how is that even possible? I said how is it even possible that you really work for Microsoft? Based in India. Call yourself tech support and not know how to have 3 different connections? I asked him who is listed on the Microsoft registration. He replies with Carolyn Howell. I laugh and reply.... I have recieved 20 calls from you *****s in India, you call ***dreds of people a day randomly looking for Carolyn Howell's computer!

Indian male this week. Last weeknindian female. They claim to be calling about "all the viruses on my Windows computer". They refuse to take me off their list and continue to call.
