Thry said It was the fraud department at citizens Bank and daycare a su****ious charge that they flagged and asked me if it was a legit charge or not.
This is the Card fraud section of Citizens Back Security division.
Got a call from this number claiming to be citizens bank fraud department. Called back and the caller was able to tell all the recent and outstanding transactions. So appears to be valid.
My husband got a call from this number, saying that the caller (John) is from Charter One bank and has an FYI on one of our accounts... Left this number to call back. Now I am confused.
Got a voice mail from this number stating that there is su****ious activity on my card. The guy's voice sounded a little funny/ monotone so I called Citizen's directly instead of calling this number back.Turned out it's legit. My old card expired and I just got a new one so I c****ed the info on some of my automatic payment plans. One of them did a $1 charge to see if the new card is legit and Citizen's thought it was fishy so they flagged it.
