Same message as reported by someone else on this page on July 20th. I’ve received it at least a couple times before too. It actually almost sounds legit because the voice isn’t obviously a robocall and there is no accent. One really weird aspect is my phone doesn’t ring. I get the notification of a missed call and the voicemail though. I have no student loans.
