Leave a CommentI got a 14.95 fee from Member's Edge. Seems like it's some kind of v-mail service that I never ordered. I called Verizon and they gave me my money back right away without a fight and then I had a block ordered for any 3rd party vendors!
I also got a charge on ,my Frontier phone bill, when I call my phone co. they had no idea what it was. so we made a conference call and the phone co. recorded it. She told me that I had signed up for a service called Realsmartmail. a co. that does so****ing with your e-mail. I told them I had not signed up and I wanted the charge removed from my bill and she told me that I had already used one month and it was to late to get the next months removed but after two months they would stop the service. I said I would like to talk to your manager, she put me on hold so while i was on hold my phone co. came back on line and said don't worry about it I am removing it and getting the credit for you if they don't do anything. Ithe lady came back and said the manager said no.. so I told her fine, I would deal with it. and I would have there Co. red tagged. when I said that she got all shock up and I just said have a good day. My phone Co. gave me all my money back...Frontier was very good. he told me this is happening a lot cause no one really looks at there bills, they just pay them... If you don't catch it right away it looks like a correct charge and they are making millions...
I saw a $14.99 charge on my Verizon phone bill. Verizon told me that the name of the company who billed me if Payment One, and told me that it could be a "900" number. Since I have never dialed any 900 numbers, I told Verizon that no one had a right to charge me.Verizon went through my bills for several months, and guess what? Verizon owes me about $232.00, which they said they would immediately credit to my account. If Verizon continues to allow this to happen continually, they should be sued for fraud.I plan to go to the New York State Public Service Commission, and report this.
I saw this # on my Verizon bill and will deal with this nonsense in the morning. Tis the second time in as many months that I have had to go through this with Verizon. Last time it was OAN Services and I called VZ and got a competent rep who called OAN and straightened it out with me on the line. Now I have to do it a***n. But tis time I'm calling the NYS Public Service Commission first. Verizon does take PSC complaints seriously but I wonder if those who get phone service from carriers other than VZ have these problems. When I read the posts on this site it seems Verizon is the only company mentioned.
I totally agree. Why put so****ing a bill for a service that is NOT provided by Verizon? I am going through the same thing. I contacted both Verizon and Payment One. This month's bill shows a credit, but then I am being billed A***N by Paymen t One on behalf of a company called My Home Office Solution. UGH!
I don't know what this is
I was charged $ 15.93 on my Verizon bill not sure why I was charged this amount! Verizon said they could not tell me why.
how can I contact you about this [email protected]
Verizon alloud these scamers to post on my business phone bill. If they do not remove asap, I will drop their service asap
I just noticed a $14.99 + tax charge on my Verizon bill for the last few months from Payment One for "Recue My Credit." I discussed it with Verizon, who initially said my only recourse was to contact Payment One. As I looked at info on the number (1-888-934-7750), several other people say they know nothing about it. I told him I did not sign up for it and to block it, which can be done in the future. He says it is called "cramming." I have to contacted Payment One, who p***** through billings from other. They gave me Rescue My Credit's number, which readily offered a credit to be applied within 2 billing cycles and will also stop the billing.Keep after Verizon. They can check the state you live in to see if third party billings can be blocked in the future. They took care of it but it did take a bit of time.
In reviewing prior emails of the same, I am concerned and voiced it to Verizon. There should be a way that this can be prevent. Apparently, it is some kind of SCAM. I was charged the same amount as well. You will have to check your bill on a monthly bases to make sure they take it off your account an reimburse your money back
I just noticed on my phone bill a charge for 27.50$, it has been a while since I looked at my bill, and aparently I have been being charged for MONTHS! This is a BIG SCAM! Verizon said that it had nothing to do with them, and they could only block 3rd party billings to the account. Too late... looks like I lost 400$ plus! If you see this charge, make sure Verizon blocks all other 3rd party billing, before you lose out too!!
There was a %19.95 charge on my Verizon bill in May also. Verizon called me when I refused to pay it and wanted me to contact them to see why I owe it. I think it might be their responsibility to do that.
I got my Verizon bill last week and looked at it today. There was an additional $19.95 + $1.40 tax = $21.35 Bus2Bus Monthly Fee from 1-888-934-7750 Billing for PaymentOne. I never heard of them and never signed up for anything. I will call Verizon tomorrow. If they don't remove this bill I will remove Verizon from my house and cell phones. There are similar postings all over the internet. Just Google 1-888-934-7750. There's also a posting from the Companyasking people to email them if they have a question or problem, and that some of there sales reps in India may be making mistakes. Right, like Ishould even correspond with them or trust them!
A charge of $22.91 is being added to my monthly Verizon bill from a company called Priority ID their Customer Service Number is 1-888-934-7750. I have no idea what this is company is all about. does not even have a website. Verizon company doesn't know anything about it. Why should I pay all these charges that have nothing to do with me. It's Verizon's responsibility not to give money to Scammers without providing services
I have a $19.95 charge on my phone bill for this number. Its linked to an internet provider company called PaymentOne but I don't have any internet as I don't even have a computer. SCAM!
