Leave a CommentMan called my number & my wife’s number. Said that do***ents would be delivered to my address in the next couple of hours for me to sign. He had my birth date and asked for me to confirm my phone number and social security number. I said no, he needs to tell me his name and what company or government agency he is with. Said he was Jeff, and that if I did not comply that they would serve me with papers if I did not attempt to resolve the issue. Then he said, we are done here and ***g up the phone. (He spoke with a very authoritative / officer like voice.). Also the time of the calls were just before 8:00 a.m..
Person said they were a law office. Would not provide a name of the law office, just that it regarded a civil case. Complete lie.
