She said a complaint claim and said it was a law firm.They wanted to get some info because I am going to be served with the Law Enforcement and when I refused they got upset. I said there is no way with so much scam and then s****ed getting mad. I ***g up and then called me on my landline with a different number that showed up. I didn't bother answering. This is really upsetting

from DDS. Last attempt to clear up a legal matter. If I don't respond they will move forward without my consent.
Same message about DDS but now my sister received the same text using my name

Stated that I owed money on a mastercard account. Caller stated I was being sued and attorney costs would be over $2500, When I contacted the bank that owns the mastercard, they told me they have NO RECORD of me having an account with them.
