Inquired about getting gutters put on a house (after research - is not his) and to pay for the work using someone's credit card (also not his). This information has been reported to the police.

They put ad on Craigslist for rom for rent. Number only answered through text. Refused call. Called themself as Jish. Wanted to do video chat with a different number through TextNow app.
