cburton I got a call on my cell phone from this number and there was a child's voice saying "Mom! Mom!" I said who is this and it freaked me out and then I ***g up.  I tried to call right back and there was an unusual busy sound, not like the typical busy sound you hear.  I have tried several more times and it is still that same busy sound. I thought it was very strange.
