Taking a payment for internet dervice

The called asked for someone named Devin - I said I didn't know who Devin was - they said they will call back later and ***g up - VERY HOSTILE. I called back to get taken off the call list and the other person was very uncooperative and also wouldn't say who they were or why they were calling.

This number was give to my sister last fall, asking for money to help him get home from Syria. They have been in contact via phone and texts since November, 2019. He is still trying to get more money from her.
