Repeated unrequested insurance solocitations

Says it is from the IRS.

Got a call from this number--caller ID showed Whitewright TX. Heavily accented sales rep said he was from Gold Solar. A lot of background noise sounded like a call center. First he he asked if I was the homeowner of my address, which he knew. He said they were going to be in my state, then told me I was paying too much for electricity (how did he know) and that I should get Solar panels. Gave him my go-to reply to these calls--too many trees around the property and ***g up.
