Was called by 512 600 0501 someone named ryan.  They only said*****o when i returned their call with no company name mentioned.  Flag!!  Could not understand him with his heavy foreign accent and refused to give me dispute info and then the phone disconnected......not by accident i presume.  Frauddddddd

These guys will call and use a fake name with a very strong foreign accent. They'll say you took out a payday loan and they have your SS#, Birthday and bank information. They can't do anything. Ask for so****ing in writing before doing anything. Do not send them any money. They are SCAM artists!! They've stolen your information from somewhere and will try to use it a***nst you. Truth is, they can't do anything. **** up on them or c****e your number. A***n DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY. Please read the other listings on here, they're all the same and will use a different number every time. They're very convincing, but a***n - they are SCAM ARTISTS. There was a news clip on ABC news about companies just like this who do this. I've been called 4 times in the course of a year and there has yet to be legal action when I demand paperwork from them. They won't give me anything in writing. So****ing is very wrong with that, so I know they're not legit. PLUS I don't have any payday loans that I've taken out, so I know they're lying.

I got a call from a collection agency yes****ay from Alex Green****-628-2413.The caller id showed 052480189. He left a message on my cellphone claiming that if I did not return the call they would make it a legal matter. I called back Alex green was no where to be found so I spoke to Ivy Fosters. Before I spoke to Ivy, The guy that amswered the phone asked me for my full name, SSN, and phone  number to relocate my file. They are claiming that I owe tjf money. Tjf has never deposited money in my bank account, and has never deducted anything from my bank account. I have never signed anything. They are claiming that it was done electronically on the internet. I called tjf they had an at***ude, and the collection agency is not being helpful. They said I can take it to court, but would have to spend 2000-3000 dollars. They will not give me the name of their company.

said that i owe them 798.oo and i needed to pay it are they were going to pass charges on me.

My wife has been getting calls from 323-928-4377, claiming that we owe a debt, and that we need to pay it.  Now what I have been doing is calling them back and harrasing them in return for harrasing my wife, I get a kick out of it.  Eventually all I got was a recording saying extension 4122278 has unavailable  :o)  I'll keep trying though.  I then called 866-584-3481, the Ba***** Marketing Group, and I got a recording there, and what really amazed me, was that the recording wanted you to leave your full name, with spelling of your last name, and for you to give them your entire SSN.  I dont think so BMG... THIS IS A SCAM, I have filed a complaint with the FBI as well as the Michigan State Police

Hello, I also got a call from this man first stating that his name was Brian Smith then said his name was Nicolas Jackson, he said the company he was calling from was United Payroll Department. He said he was calling about a dept that was from 11/07, that I know I don't have a debt from that far back that isn't paid. I told him I wanted him to send me everything in writing because I didn't believe him. He threaten to take me to court. After that said he was going to transfer me to his supervisor that sounded just like him and we ended up getting into a screaming match. I told him to never call me a***n. The only thing I am worried about is that he did have my social security number, which now in days is very easy to get on anyone, but I am very upset and don't know what to do about this at all!

Claims he is from an investigative company. Name is Sam Peterson.When I asked questions about the validity of the supposed loan, he told me to call back.He could not tell me who the loan is from.

A man who identified himself as Don Rogers called my company today, not looking for me, but for another employee. He said it was a legal matter that needed attention within the hour for a case that was going today. He proceeded to ask for information on this employee which we did not provide. I googled his number and of course found this. They must be a collections agency. The guy was rude and I told him not to call back. Isn't there a law that says that you cannot contact someone at their place of work?

A Davey Jones called me at work today threatening to send me to jail because of a payday loan in the amount of $786.00. The company is TJF CORP and he said they are located in Jacksonvill, FL  he also said that the state is filing a legal complain a***nt my name.I asked for a copy of my information and he said he wont send it until i pay the full amount in one hour!!!this has to be a total scam!!! DONT EVER GIVE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT OUT OVER THE PHONE!(Indian accent)

Caller identified himself as Adam Smith; Collection agency.Stated the previous owner of my cell number to get in contact with him or info would be turned over to authorities. "Mr. Smith" had Eastern/India accent.

They keep calling. Someone named Nicholas Jackson is calling stating he is a crime investigator and that my case is to be turned over to the authorities.  Call a lawyer.

They called me claiming to be an investigation agency.  Told me that I committed bank fraud and owed money.  It is a scam, do not pay these people.
