#904-257-4870 female voice said was from Medicare Health had my name-address--Letters on My Medicare card. -DOB.-Asked if and where had pain-?Also if it was in shoulders and Wrists? (same locations i had given to Scam from Minnesota claiming ALSO from Medicare Benefits)! Was going to send Pain reducer bands, and *****gers free. However when she asked my "last 4 of my SSN" and I refused to give, she ***g up and her # was immediately blocked from returning call from that number. BEWARE as the y have everything but your SSN. SCAM!!
