#904-257-4870 female voice said was from Medicare Health had my name-address--Letters on My Medicare card. -DOB.-Asked if and where had pain-?Also if it was in shoulders and Wrists? (same locations i had given to Scam from Minnesota claiming ALSO from Medicare Benefits)! Was going to send Pain reducer bands, and *****gers free. However when she asked my "last 4 of my SSN" and I refused to give, she ***g up and her # was immediately blocked from returning call from that number. BEWARE as the y have everything but your SSN. SCAM!!

Calls every day about fake car warranty courtesy call. After sear****g this number it brings up Ruby Dell Woods as the number owner.

Debbie Called at 5:34 pm on my cell phone...twice. But, the iphone said "call failed." I called back and got an automated message that said, "The survey you are calling about is now finished."

J.S. They called. Recording saying they have a parcel which was returned due to a bad address. I was told to press 1 or call back to reschedule delivery.

got a call from this number and couldn't answer, no voice mail, call came through on my cell phone, and I never sign up for anything online nor do I parti****te in surveys.   I ran on a trace on this number, it's coming up as a LAND LINE in Bladwin, Florida. A land line or cell phone is owned by a single person who can be prosecuted for telephone harassment.  Check with your state laws about harassing phone calls and speak to an officer about it if need be.  Reported number to do not call gov website as a complaint since all 3 of my lines are registered with them.  www.donotcall.gov  is the website, please go there and register all your numbers with them.  Wait 31days for their system to be updated and if you're STILL receiving these calls, file a complaint on their website and if you feel so inclined, report it to your local authorities.

Many calls from this number, I do not answer, they never leave a message.  The number is located in the Baldwin, FL/North Florida-Jacksonville area.
