904-636-2708  Got a call from this number saying that i will be suponea to go to court because I didnt pay back a cash advance. Which I never had.  Said that i better get an attorney but if I didnt want her to download my case I could pay them 350.00 and it would be done.

I have been having the same problems.  These f***ers have been calling me for over 4 months!!! They call so****ing like 15 times a day and leave messages.  All of the men say they are officers, or John Jackson or Officer so and so claiming to be with Cash Advance America and they there will be legal action.  They have left harrassing voicemails saying "you can't run we will get you and you will be in jail!" I have no such loan out and they keep saying I owe $4,000.  I have reported these calls and filed a police report months ago, and will be filing another tonight.  I researched it and it is a number out of Florida - 904 562-2860.  I even had my boyfriend call and the cops call and rip them a new one and they refuse to give out any of their information...DO NOT give them any information!  It alarmed me at first because they said they had my social security number (which they didn't just the last 4)....UGHHHHHH!  Can anyone stop this?!

I'm having the same problem as you folks with the fraud calls!!!received one yes****ayWent to voicemail .....I returned the call ,talked to Some guy named jack ,who btw was trying to cover a heavy accentSaid I had a lawsuit filed a***nst my social security number .would not tell me who was filing it. Just said they were informing the Florida atty. General.....I did better ...I called nc state atty gen. ,Florida atty gen. FBI field officesinboth states , and sbi for both states.  They wanna play....... Game on!!!!!!

They called from 231-337-2146 and left a message to call 904-562-2860 so I did and, if I understood him right he was with Cash America (or so he said) thing is I have never had an advance with them. The one company I have said they get calls from customers all the time about the same thing, and to ignore it. I called him back and gave him a piece of my mind. He told me he would just turn me over to the athorities. I said at least maybe then I would be able to unberstand what their saying.

This guy has called me many time w/ threats and rudness to the max. He askes for debit card numbers but will not give me info as to who he works for do***entation that I owe money.He treatens lawsuits and jail. I have also file a report/complaint w/ the FTC.

Keep getting calls from Officer Don Jackson and Officer Bell telling me they are going to have me arrested for Violation of Federal Banking Laws, Collateral Check Fraud and Theft by Deception for a payday loan of $300 that I have defaulted on.  I have checked my bank statements and have no knowledge of this loan.  When I ask them for their Company name and address they refuse to give it to me.  I don't know how they got my information but they tell me that a law suit has been filed in the name of my SSN number.  They always ask if I have ever been arrested before or am involved in any kind of laudering schemes. I too have told them not to contact me at work but they call two or three times a day telling me I better have a good attorney to represent me in court.  I know that they cannot arrest me for defaulting on a loan if there was one but they sure like to make you think they are the law and they can do anything they want.  They all have foreign accents probably mid eastern but they all have american names.  I don't know how to get them to leave me alone.  They keep threatening to call my boss and my realatives.  This would be awfully embarrassing.

I just got off the phone with these people. Definitely sound Indian, anyway, I let him go through his spiel and I took down the "case number" he had and let him know that I had done a reverse search on his number and filed a police report and that I would doing the same with the FBI I then ***g up on him when he began talking. Then I called him back to let him know that I had also turned the voicemails over to the police and will let the FBI have them as well because I believe it is a crime to impersonate an officer. I will be calling him back to inform him that my attorney is having them investigated and we will be filing a REAL lawsuit that will have REAL consequences. Hey, if he can call and harass me....... I can do the same, difference is, my harassment will be legal and have dire consequences if I ever track these a**es down. I will give you all more info as I discover it.

Cashnetusa is a real company, & I do have a payday loan through them that I have been faithfully paying off, now I have not called this number back but I received a call from 443-524-7783, saying that Cashnetusa is suing me for defaulting on a loan, since this is the second call claiming cashnet is suing me, I think I will be going after cashnet for selling my information.

This guy called me claiming to be some sort of police officer with the DOJ or so****ing and called himself "Officer Jack". Such a load of BS. Isn't there a law a***nst impersonating a federal law enforcement officer?

The caller said i was being sued, on answering ma****e. called this number back and a person with foriegn accent said i was being sued for a 200 loan, i made on pay day.com. which i never had or made such a loan. he threatened to send a supeana for court if i didnt settle out of court. i told him to send the supeana, and ***g up. i looked this number up on net and found many enteries of fraud concerning this #. All beware of this #.........

These guys have a middle eastern accent. Its a huge fraud.... Did not give me any info, but called me every name in the book.

This person is calling leaving a nasty call, and when I call they don't want to give me any information, only for me to give them more information on me. And the other thing is I can't understand his message clear... He is also saying he is an officer...What is is talking about.

Got two calls from this number today, saying I owe 1500$ for a cash advance from a bogus company and that I had to be in court monday to resolve it.  they told me i needed a good lawyer to get me out of this, i told them i had the best lawyer on retainer an they told me to f*** off?  i called my lawyer gave him the number and he immediately called them and they wouldn't give him any information, at the end of the convo between these jokes and my lawyer they told my lawyer to go f*** himself, real classy...must be extremely professional!!

been getting calls from this number saying that they are from the legal department of some company called CashNet USA - a bogus company that does not exist.  they call me at work, they call me on my cell, they even go so far as to call all of my friends - some of who live out of state...like they have a trace on my cell phone or so****ing.  said they had a lawsuit pending a***nst me for a cash advance that i took out with their company and that if i did not wire the money to them the same day that they were going to come and ge tme and my friends and put us behind bars.  IS THERE REALLY NOTHING ANYONE CAN DO TO STOP THIS HARRASSMENT?!?!?!?  after 6 months of this **** you'd think that they would leave me alone and move on, but no.  and i hate that they are harrassing my friends as well.  this is bogus.  if they call you TELL THEM OFF & **** UP!!!!

Annoying phone calls with no one on line when picked up.

They have called 6 times in a row. After we tried to speak to someone else, they had threatened to put us behind bars. They were very rude. They would not give any information and had said they have the social security # and other information. They also will not send any information in the mail or email.

I got two phonce calls from Tom Jackson from Cash Metrolysis at (904) 562-2860, collecting money that he claimed I owed to his company and I swear I never heard of it.  I asked him nicely not to call me at my job.  I gave him my cell phone # to call and when I missed his call he called me irresponsible.  He called me a***n at work and asked to talk to my supervisor and I said no, my supervisor doesn't have anything to do with my personal stuff and if I told him that if he is not going to stop, I will report him to the cops and to the TV station, so that he won't harm anyone anymore.  He threatened to sue me and will come to see me and make sure that I will be out of work.
