Ryan Knox Trying to find out if I’m being scammed by a Ryan Knox who says he’s an employee of NORTON. Upon cancelling a bill from “NORTON” a refund of $400 was to be put into my checking account,$4000 was entered in error. I was told I had to replace $3******t it could only be done with gift cards. Now after over $9000 sent there is a threat of losing it if another $500 card isn’t sent. When told I was going to notify thr FTC I was threatened. Please help.
