This number is attached to an apartment scam in New York on Craigslist. Stay away!! He gets you to call interested in a fake apt then wont leave you alone!

I received the same phone call about a loan and was threatened that I had until hours to take care or else. He also went on to tell me I could use anyone's bank card to pay this off he did not care, and if I did not pay it in 8 hrs he was going to press charges a***nst me and I would be going to jail, and they were very rude. How do you expect to run a business and have people trust you when you are telling them to break the law which is a crime by useing anyone's bank card.

Don't answer.  They are leaving very threathening messages.  I really want to answer to give them my 2 cents.  I don't even leave any personal information on my voice mail they don't even know if they got the right person or not and I don't either!!

i received the same call today threatening me that i was in serious legal trouble and that they needed to get my statement about a payday loan. i advised them that i didnt know who they are talking about and he went on to threaten me stating that i needed to make a payment today or else i could face serious charges. i asked who he was and he would not tell me. he went on to be very rude and nasty so i ***g up and wont be answering anymore calls from them.

I recieved a call at my work from a man named Jacob fro H&p Capital stating that thi was a serious maytter that he would like to speak to me about and to get my statement, that this was not a sales call. to return his call ASAP@904-672-1026 ext. 272

I received a call from a female that left a voicemail stating for me to return her call as soon as possible.  I called the number and she stated that she was giving me a chance to resolve a issue with a Payday Loan and that I had until Friday to pay the amount in full. Otherwise I will be facing serious charges for failure to repay a the loan.  She went on to say how I would be charged with a crime. Who are these people??????

Received voice mail from a man who said he was with HA&P.  He said they received a filing in the local office directly a***nst me and the decision would be made today as to what would happen but he recommended that I contacted him immediately and comply on a voluntary basis. NO CLUE what this call is about, but I didn't return his phone call.
