Called for wrong person over and over. Bill collector. Wouldn't believe I just got the number a year ago so the person they are looking for probably changed numbers on purpose.

My loan Servicer is JP MORGAN CHASE and has been for years these folks say JP MORGAN CHASE transferred my loan yet when I call they state that is FALSE yet somehow have access to personal and financial information! Someone needs to look into this place!!!

Government warns of housing scams this is just another company trying to scam ppl otherwise would know the needed info and wouldn't be a different caller with diff story every time many times a day

Identified themself as Melissa, no further information. I pressed them for why they were calling and they wouldn't respond without me verifying my identity, which I would not do until they identified themself fully.

this number kept calling me, and when I told them that they needed to contact my lawyer, they just hungup.

I am having many problems with this number also. If I answer I am placed on hold... Why someone would call and put me on hold without saying a word is beyond me.. I waited about 3 min and hung up. Within a few minutes they called back! I answered and some guy told me it was very rude that I hung up on him!! I then asked who he was and what he wanted... He said doesn't matter who I am.. I am looking for Kelly Gaunt.. I said "sir you have the wrong number" he then told me "NO MA'AM I DON'T, just let me speak to Kelly or are you Kelly?" I told him I don't even know a Kelly and if he would take me off of their calling list because it's the wrong number.. He told me NO that they would continue to call until they are able to speak to Kelly and settle a dept. I am not Kelly I do not know a Kelly and I do not what them calling me anymore!! I asked nicely what can I do??

Cell Owner Someone from the number 904.722.2265 calls my cell phone repeatedly. They call multiple times a day, never leaving a message. They do this EVERY day...multiple times. Very annoying. I wish they'd stop calling my number; they are obviously looking for someone else.

vida Whatever phone system they have calls a new number in a hour after the phone is set up. I bought this prepaid phone and as soon as I turned on the phome it received calls from this number. The phone stopped working after these phone and only worked when I called the phone number. I ask them why they "hacked "my phone.

Jeck214 Just called the number (904-722-2265) back to talk to someone. They call at least twice a week and ask for Matthew Willis. No clue who that person is. Someone picked up after about 20 seconds on hold and they answered the phone "Matthew Willis". I told them he doesn't live here and they said ok we'll remove your number. I expected a fight and it was as easy as that. We'll see if they call again.

betty Look up the Fair Debt Collection Act online.  In Texas, there is a federal one and a state one.  Read what your rights are.  They CANNOT call you numerous times a day, and they can only call between certain hours, and they CANNOT harass you.  If you are not the person they are looking for and they continue to call you, you have certain rights with that too.  Anyone with questions look up the Statute.  It's public information.  And, yes, I am a legal assistant.

Wolfman They have been calling my phone number about 5 - 6 times a week for over 1 year. They seem to be looking for someone else and I have told them that no one by that name lives here at this number. I believe this is an ID theft scam!!!!!!!!!!!!

lavonne w i get about 3 calls a week. when i called that number back; it had a recorded  answering type of machine. it identified itself as cbcs,and it wanted to put me on hold .finally really aggressive person came on the line. i had asked to be put on do not call list. he told me that for debt collection, they could call who and when ever they wanted. only problem other that this company being a pest and the employee who finally talked to me was...i had no idea who the individual was that they claimed  owed .money. do'nt waste your time calling these jerks back or anything they are a total waste of time

Caller ID says "private number" but the number does show up. They simply said this message is for "so and so" and then voiced out a number that was about 25 digits long, so it wasn't a return number to call.

Gary I  received  a  call  from  1-904-722-2265  asking  for  the  wrong  person.  I  had  to  run  from  the  shower to  answer  this  call.   I  slipped  and  fell.   So,  i  was  quite  angry.  I  decided  to  call  the  number  back  and  i  got  a  Mr. Eric Alison  who  responded  that  the  Company  is  CBCS,  Credit Bureau Collection Services, Inc.    I  asked  for  an  addrress  to  file  a  written  complaint.  He  gave  me  PO Bx 2589, Columbus, Oh. 43216.  I demanded that  my  publiclly  listed  phone number be  removed  from  CBCS's data base. He said  he  would comply.  The number  came  back  as  from  Jacksonville, Fla, 32211.   I suspect CBCS  KNOWS  that  my  phone  number  is  MY  phone number  and  was  calling  me  to  embarass  me  into  paying  my  brother's  debt.    That's  wire  fraud.   Anywone  know  who  these  people  are?  Or,  where  they're  actully  from?  Thanks, allergg at msn.com.

Allen Lambert I received the call 3 times in an hour and hung up each time.  It is a computer generated call asking me to wait while an agent becomes available.  I don't wait if someone calls me.  I only wait when I call someone or some business.Is this method of calling legal?  I am on the do not call list.

Kim They call everyday, including Sundays, atleast five times a day. They will not leave a voicemail so I do not know what they want or who they are. Very annoying. They start calling at eight in the morning and dont stop until after 10 at night.
