I received several calls for somebody else from this number.  When I called back, I found out that it was a collection agency called Global Credit & Collection.  I found there website ( http://www.globalcollection.net/Consumers.aspx ) and contacted their main number. They told me that they would remove my phone number from their files, and they did.

will not stop calling me. calls me EVERYDAY and has now s****ed to leave rude messages. i will not call this **** back. no way.

called would not say who he was calling from but harrassed me on the phone and actually ***g up on me.  Threated me with the words - so****ing will govern more action.  He would not listen to me nor answer the name of the company he was calling from or any information.  Really scary and I hope if someone else gets a call like this they report it also
