used to have a Fido cell. moved to an area Fido has no local or even distant coverage. They sent me final bill, which was paid but now getting hounded to pay for cancellation of contract. Why doesn't Fido or Rogers have the ***** to call themselves.

I have left a message, thanks for the link to the website. These guys are infuriating. They have been calling me 5 to 6 times a day, in the morning on weekends, while I'm in business meetings, while I'm driving. Thanks to FIDO for saddling me with a cell phone number of some **** who couldn't pay his bills.

global credit about past cell phone unpaid bills. just block them off.. dont even pick up... they probably got you number from rogers, they are the same company.... **s-holes

Collection agency.

I received several calls for somebody else from this number.  When I called back, I found out that it was a collection agency called Global Credit & Collection.  I found there website ( http://www.globalcollection.net/Consumers.aspx ) and contacted their main number. They told me that they would remove my phone number from their files, and they did.

ya, its Global Credit & Collections, they do collection for Rogers and various others ie. Capital 1....they dont listen to you when you tell them it's the wrong #...you have to call back demand a supervior and complain like crazy to get them to remove your numer....i used to work there!

Rogers says it is a scam, but they are debt collectors from rogers, been getting 5 calls a day from  these *****s

Same here .... it's been more than a week where I've been recieving at least 5 phone calls a day from this numbers 9054801354, 9054801342, 9059483203, 9054801364... I talked to rogers and apperantly it is a SCAM.. so just don't answer ...

How can I stop these calls???

Twice this week someone called looking for a Mr. Rodriguez. Last week I told them there was no one here by that name (Vancouver) and they said OK, and ***g up. Now they used a computer to call ("if you are that person, press any key for an important message") and put me on hold, long distance. Forget it.
