A few people have identified the number as a company called RainSoft. Google it, and you'll find out plenty!
Genius Received a call from a lady saying she was calling on behalf of Rain Soft and wanted to arrange a complimentary in-home water test. When I tried to get a number to call her back on, she refused and when I tried calling back the number on my call display, the phone just kept ringing on the other end.
