This person is offering Grant money and is a scammer took me for over $20,000

Received a text and it asked how my day was and it was very late at night. Then it came back,*****o a***n to me and my name and then later it came in this is Don.

Claimed I had unclaimed prize money. They called a couple of weeks ago to say I had won $5.5 million. They **** up on you if you don't believe them.
