Person claims to represent Medicare asks the elderly for their Medicaid number/ social Security number and expiration date. they claim that the individual receive a new plastic card with a microchip from the US government . If you do not provide same they advise the individual that their insurance will be canceled. Indian man who called told me his name was David Williams. And provided a nonworking callback number 202.945.0965
