Got a call from 732-831-5996 at my direct work number.  I didn't recognize the area code, so let it roll to VM.  The message said it was "Vincent Lipinski" and to return the call to 732-927-1601.  I'm guessing he dialed my number randomly.  Who is this nut job??

I was left a voice mail message on my work phone at 8;48 PM Sunday night by Craig Margolies, who left the number 732 831 5294 and requested that I return the call. A su****ious call at that time and day, but I decided to check it out. That number turns out to be Vincent Lipinsky's cell phone. They both work for Garden State Securities (hence the GSS), so they're all cold calling trying to get someone to buy stock from them. I suggest that no one waste their time returning the calls.

This is the message I received, and my coworker as well-"It is Vincent Lipenski with GSS if you return my phone call, My # is 908-372-2640". A***n it's Vincent Lipenski with TSS if you give me a call back, the # is 908-372-3640. Thank you."He didn't say what this call was regarding.

Same As Above.  Call and message on business line from Vincent Lipinski 908-372-2640.  Called back from blocked # and line was constantly busy.

I got the same call as Tim on my business line but it sounded like TSS.    Not calling back.

Also received a call from Vincent Lipinski on my business number. I didn't know the name and just happened to google the phone number in and found this site. Adding a complaint about Mr. "Cold Call" Lipinski!

"This is Vincent Lapinsky, please call me back at 908-372-2640".  This guy needs to be delt with personally for calling my son's cell phone, who is 7yrs old.  I will personally find this guy if he does this a***n.

Received same call "This is Vincent Lapinsky from TSS please call me at 908-372-2640."  Came to my direct dial phone number at a Westport CT law firm!

Received a call from Richard Thomas, Sunday 2/15/09, did not answer so he left a message that he is calling from SCA and to call him back ASAP. Called back and no one answered.

I received a call at my place of business on my direct business line from this number. The gentleman stated his name was Vincent Lapinski with TSS and left 908-372-2640 but whenever you try to return the call its constantly busy. This person needs to be stopped from calling people.

i don't give out my cell phone number, and i got a call from Vincent Lipinski on February 10, 2009, at about 6:20 pm. He said he was from TSS and to return the phone call, but my boyfriend told me not to, so i didnt. I was wondering what "TSS" stood for, and my boyfriend is like... "The Secret Service?" ...i'm scared!

Received call from Vincent Lapinski on February 9th from TSS. This was on my cell phone. I do not give my cell number out to just anyone, so I have to wonder how did this person get my number and why can't he be stopped?

Received a call from 'Vincent Lapinski' on Feb. 3.  Said he was with 'ESS' or 'TSS.'

I received a message on my work phone on Sunday, Jan. 31 from the same number.  He is now going by the name Vincent Lipinsky.  I am not calling him back.

He (Richard Thomas) left me a voice mail on my business line.  It was sent yes****ay, Sunday, Dec. 7th.  I did return the call and as soon as I said who I was, he said it was a misdial.  He said he was sorry and that was that.  Strange!

I don't think he's a "collection agency" as it says above. The internet is full of ***dreds of reports of this lunatic. He MAY be a businessman cold calling for stock purchase purposes, actually. Strangely, he often ****s up on the caller (according to other internet reports).Can noone stop him?

I am on the switchboard at my office and I answer with thank you for calling (blank) this is Donna. and he says everytime, sorry wrong number. he's called this office more then 10 times and when i asked him who he's trying to reach he ****s up on me.
