So I called "Walker Legal" and informed them I will sue them for har***ment if anyone in my family gets a call from them again. For good measure, I made back to back phone calls to them for 2 hours using 2 different phone #s totaling 47 calls.

I called the CA State Bar office and they do not have a record of any lawyers/attorneys ***ociated with walker legal group. I called the national processing group, who they said is the 3rd party they are working with, but the processing group does not know who they are.

I asked for an email address, she provided a bogus email address. I googled The Walker Legal group and located "The Walker LAW Group. "Walker Law group informed me they have had several people calling asking if they are the same entity. They are not. The only Walker LEGAL group I located in google is in the Virgin Islands.

Anonymous Received a call stating a complaint of my brithervfrom a form. That had my brothers birth date, last four social, and they told me they would call me everyday until they talk to him. My brother doesn't even live with me.

Torey Number Guru didn't pick this up as a spammer when I received the call on my cell. Other sites say it belongs to a company called Great Destinations. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize, and am on the Do Not Call List. No message is ever left, but they have called a number of times.

Erik Galinsky I just got a call from this 909-200-2005 number at my place of work. When I called it back they told me that I was speaking to Officer David Green and that I was to pay a amount twice what I took. It is a scam because when you do a phone number look up it does not even belong to a police or laywers office.

CZ If they call you again, ask them where is your letter in the mail if you have such a debt and also tell them you will be reporting them to the Embassey and the FBI. If they start swearing at you, then you know its truly a scam.

CZ Also, Officer David Greed (Catch the last name). I believe this is another Nigerian 419 Scam, (I was a victim of this game before). Please report to the FBI and the Nigerian Embassey.

Federal Trade Commission O1 COMMUNICATIONS, INC is providing phone service to these scammers it is a voip line. This simply means it is a internet phone line they are using to call people with. The Representatives from this payday advance collection agency sound like they are from the middle east. They falsely represent themselves as a legal agency. Report all info that you get from them to the FTC. They have several complaints already. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE. Known aliases: Mark Black, Micheal Jackson, Jason Smith, Mark Smith ect.

I keep getting calls from this 909-200-2008 number saying that I will be arrested by Friday if I don't make a payment to them, Lanspere Associates???   They want me to fax them an authorization letter with all my personal information, including bank info and license. I told them that before I send them my information they will need to send me an email verifying who they are and what they are calling about.  They told me they couldn't do that, I said well, I can't do it either!  They said okay, you will be arrested in two hours, ok!!  I'm still waiting!  I was getting harrassing phone calls like this a couple of months ago asking the same thing, can anything be done about these people???? They are driving me nuts!!!!!

Rudy I received several calls from this same number.  I called them back and recorded the conversation and "David" wtih the thick accent said he wasn't going to take my SH*T and that he was going to "take me out"  I asked if that was a threat and he handed me over to someone else.  SCAM

ph I am receiving similar calls, including at work.  When I pressed for info, claimed I had received a payday loan in 2009 under a name and bank account that I did not even have at the time--obviously as scam, hijacking information from payday loan applications.

The day I had got a call from them Regarding my debt I had simply rejected that thinking of fake but after a week there were investigation officers who came down to my employment office and also my mailing address I was fired from my job I also had to pay a fine amount i.e $5894 in the court house of Virginianever disregard this messages and whatever your debt is pay it and don't suffer from any severe problems as I had to ................If u don't belive this u can go to California and visit their company if u don't belive   I m a sheriff of Alexandria city ......

received a call on my cell, didn't recognize # so I didn't answer.  I am on do not call list do they are violating the law.  They did not leave a msg.  After reading posts from other peeps that had same call, and they seemed to think it was a collection agency, well the call screwed that up too, cause I don't have unpaid debt.   STUPID people...and if I had any debt, only an idiot would speak to a total stranger about it.

This caller called for the first time today.

A foreigner called me sayin someone has cashed a check in my name and asked me did i have a lawyer. I did not send any money to him and i contacted the police department to notify them that this is goin on. I had suspicion that this is a scam, because i know i havent cashed any checks.....

I received a call from Angela stating that I took out a payday loan 6-8 months ago.  And that I refused to repay for it.  This is completely not true.  I didnt take out a payday loan with instant cash.  She had my bank information (old now) and a whole bunch of personal stuff.  When I started questioning her she refused to provide me with any information stating that they already sent or called me.  That is completely false.  I have contact my lawyer and I intend on contacting the local police.

This is associated with a scam. It is NOT a valid collection agency, DO NOT SEND MONEY..I REPEAT DO NOT!!! They are using a Bar# For a Linda Bloch who is a valid attorney in the state of CA. However, she is in no way associated with the scam artist. They give an atty name of Cyrys Menda whom is an Immigration atty in New York. They also give a name of Paul Davies, Jeff Martin, Jeff Morgan and many others and it remains to be the same 3 guys with a heavy Indian accent. It again, is a complete scam. I have had threats, and calls throughout the day and night and they have tons of my personal information. I have reported to the phone company, local police, bank, and credit bureau's. They also give more than one company name, say they are Federal Atty's etc.

It's a collection agency.
