I received a call from Angela stating that I took out a payday loan 6-8 months ago.  And that I refused to repay for it.  This is completely not true.  I didnt take out a payday loan with instant cash.  She had my bank information (old now) and a whole bunch of personal stuff.  When I s****ed questioning her she refused to provide me with any information stating that they already sent or called me.  That is completely false.  I have contact my lawyer and I intend on contacting the local police.

A foreigner called me sayin someone has cashed a check in my name and asked me did i have a lawyer. I did not send any money to him and i contacted the police department to notify them that this is goin on. I had su****ion that this is a scam, because i know i havent cashed any checks.....

This is****ociated with a scam. It is NOT a valid collection agency, DO NOT SEND MONEY..I REPEAT DO NOT!!! They are using a Bar# For a Linda Bloch who is a valid attorney in the state of CA. However, she is in no way****ociated with the scam artist. They give an atty name of Cyrys Menda whom is an Immigration atty in New York. They also give a name of Paul Davies, Jeff Martin, Jeff Morgan and many others and it remains to be the same 3 guys with a heavy Indian accent. It a***n, is a complete scam. I have had threats, and calls throughout the day and night and they have tons of my personal information. I have reported to the phone company, local police, bank, and credit bureau's. They also give more than one company name, say they are Federal Atty's etc.

It's a collection agency.
