They keep calling my friend looking for me telling him that I have court in two weeks, then they call and tell my friend that is the police and if I don't gonto court I will have a warranty for my arrest, I font live in ca for the past 6 years scare to call any advised.

Got a call from a "Restricted" telephone number, a lady claimed some litigation a***nst me! I asked her to call me from an un-blocked number, so another "very rude" person called me from 909-456 1240 asking me to come down in person to their Riverside Office in CA so that a subpoena could be served. (I live in Arizona since 9 years, and have nothing doing with CA)So I thought I should do some research, I called back from another line couple times, and talked to Jason Elsen (who claimed to be the Owner Operator), and asked about their Certification with the Riverside Bar, but each time he just **** up.If you get a call from this number, just tell them to go to*****!

I got a call form this number yes****ay for 5 to 6 times. I didn't picked up the phone they didnt leave any messages so I was resear****g this number and found out that they're from Blackstone group. Wow they called me a***n. I paid another debt sometime last month. They saw my credit report that I have lots (I lost my job). They harrassed me before and I was not aware they said that the sheriff is out there and I have a case number so I looked it up and it was nowhere to be found. They LIED to me. anywhow I ended up paying them (I can't afford it) so they negotiate up to $ 800.00 instead of paying $3K with attorney's fees etc. I don't know where they got my cellphone number. But these credit collectors violate the Fair Debt collection act in many ways. "Threats of lawsuit","Threats of arrests" anynomous calls, late-night calls or early, calls at work, calls to friends, collector using false names, Intimidation , lies & harrasments.  I will be reporting this Blackstone Group to Fair Debt Collection agency.

They are an unscrupulous debt collection agency that lies about every option you have available to you including your ability to dismiss the claim bankruptcy a**** other things.  They violate the debtor/creditor laws on a regular basis and use threats

what are you suing them for. I have had a feww conversations with them and am looking for some advice.any help you can give would be appreciated. Thank you.

Bottom Feeders using fake names from 10 plus year old non collectable debts.  We are suing them, they have 4 employees and work from their landline- losers trying to make a buck.

However, by identifying the person they are seeking and that the firm is an 'active litigation firm' and leavign the case #, could be considered breach of finanncial privacy.

claims they are inbound call center for law firm(can hear in backgroud) but obviously has a wrong number. listed as 65K /yr company of one. There is at least ten people there. also claims line is inbound only. Call wasnt for me, but DoD does use this area code.I was threatened with legal action. Called back and told them it wasnt for me.

Called harassing my mother, I have no idea who these people are, I have no debt with a bank.
