I got the same charge posted 8/22/2008. The phone number shown was just 999- 9999999 WA. How long has this been going on?

Hope I did not get a call from this number but I did get an email.  The email wants to confirm my phone number from over 7 years ago.  It is the correct phone number, but I moved 5 years ago.
