This number claimed to be a representative of the California lottery, yet there is no information on this number. I asked the guy about my concerns, He asked me for a photo of my driver's license. He said that I was selected at random to receive $10, 000. He couldn't give me any information at all, and I heard kids, and other people in the background. Also if it was an actual California lottery representative, why would the phone number be a free text call app? Beware of this number everyone! It is 100% a scammer! The guy could barely speak English, for gods sake! And remember the name "Steve"

This is a scammer! Too many red flags and caught within 4 days. He claims to be Sicilian, from Italy, has a son, is very romantic, and claims to be religious. Within 4 days he was asking for money.. Not****ociated in state or federal records nor is he****ociated with the Appraisal District where he said he lived. Beware! He goes by Cannavaro Williams.
