Duke not very dependable, be very careful abt paying any upfront monies (rolling the dice) w/this guy.

Just received a call from 910-914-8000.  I missed it so I've tried calling it back twice but I get a message that says "this number is no longer in service".  When I Googled the number, there are several sites regarding problems with this particular phone number.

Sounds like robotic dialer. Always ****s up when I answer. Call a lot each day. Google shows North Carolina Telephone Company - Whiteville, NC. I will report to the authorities.
