Claims i have a pending claim and need to call and reference a number for my case.

She is calling from the claims division re: a civil complaint to be filed a***nst me in my county. I can rectify the issue by calling the office.

She left a message saying there was a lawsuit a***nst me. It came up area code 716 but said to call a 912 area code.

Said she was from claims division filing a civil complaint for judgement a***nst me.

Oh that there was a civil suit being brought a***nst me and wanting me to verify my info. Asked her if she had heard of the TCPA and she ***g up.

I asked to what company she works for or who she represents and she ***g up on me. Scammer!!!!!

She said I owed capital one 7,000 dollars and she was calling to collect. I don't owe capital one anything

They said a judgment would be filed a***nst me for a card that I never had with CITIBANK. Said that they would file with my local muni****lity to go to court. I’ve never received one do***ent nor have I ever had a card with Citibank or a line of credit. They also said they would pursue me at my home and work.

Called them they said I own monies for an old bill told them to send my proof Of original bill that I own them rhey have 30 day to send proof
