She is calling from the claims division re: a civil complaint to be filed against me in my county. I can rectify the issue by calling the office.

She left a message saying there was a lawsuit against me. It came up area code 716 but said to call a 912 area code.

Said she was from claims division filing a civil complaint for judgement against me.

Oh that there was a civil suit being brought against me and wanting me to verify my info. Asked her if she had heard of the TCPA and she hung up.

I asked to what company she works for or who she represents and she hung up on me. Scammer!!!!!

They said a judgment would be filed against me for a card that I never had with CITIBANK. Said that they would file with my local municipality to go to court. I’ve never received one do***ent nor have I ever had a card with Citibank or a line of credit. They also said they would pursue me at my home and work.

Called my job and said they needed to speak to me for legal reasons and gave my co-worker a file number. This happened last year with another number and matches the scenarios listed below. If it was a lawyer, they would have to provide paperwork and the government would have to send paperwork as well. This is absolutely a scam.

Nicole Stone called me from “Claims Processing Division“ saying I was in breach of contract and owe $2000 in late fees and legal fees. Told me to hire a lawyer because 6 agencies are after me for breach of contract.
