This call is coming from KCI / Kansas Counselors.  This is a bill collector who focuses mostly on past medical debt, or misc. utility bills, etc. They are INFAMOUS for leaving creative "friendly" messages and calling from MANY DIFFERENT NUMBERS, hoping to catch you off guard.

annoying recorded caller using my daytime minutes! not answering from them a***n...once is enough.

Recording with cheery voice says "Hi This is Vicky at KCI!" She goes on to indicate she's been trying to reach me and left messages. Then she leaves a number to call her. (9135419925) Then says so****ing weird, "If I'm not at my desk, just talk to anybody." This recording has called me over and over, maybe a dozen times in the past couple of weeks. The silly thing is, if KCI is a collector (as I've read elsewhere on the Internet), I don't owe anybody. Although, members of my family might.

Christina is a very rude person.  These people call for unpaid payday loans.  I did owe set up a payment plan with them.  One time tried to take out double payment.  Submitted a fraud claim with bank.  Supposedly they had switched processing companies.  At the time was issued a new card forgot to notify them and so when went to take payment out, it was denied.  They called gave them new card information and took out remaining balance.  They do not issue refunds and do not issue anything writing saying paid in full.  I have repeatedly asked and received nothing.

They have been calling me several times a day at all my phone numbers when i told them that person doesnt live here anymore they said the calls would not stop until that person payed in full, they said the FCRA didnt apply to them. They're number is (913) 307-0880, i called back and asked for a supervisor and she said she didnt have one, then i asked for their legal dept and they dont have one of those either, anyone have any ideas what i can do?
